Terroir Travels!

Welcome to ‘Behind the Bottle’, where we look into the various projects and assorted happenings that we get up to at M&H. Today we’re following our team as they head abroad to tell the world of our innovative Terroir series.

This month, we had the pleasure of representing M&H Distillery at two of Europe’s biggest and most prestigious whisky events: Whisky Live Paris and The Whisky Show London, each welcoming thousands of whisky lovers, professionals, and experts from around the world.

We proudly unveiled our new whisky series, The Apex Terroir, exploring the impact of climate on whisky maturation, a project that’s especially close to our hearts here in Israel. The response was incredible: people were amazed to taste how distinctly each expression evolved, even though the only difference between them was where the cask matured!

Both events were buzzing with great energy. We had the chance to meet old friends and new partners from across the industry, and to share our passion directly with whisky enthusiasts who stopped by our stand.

In Paris, we also hosted an intimate dinner for journalists and influencers, where Tal Chotiner, VP of International Sales and our Master Distiller, Tomer Goren, led a unique tasting experience paired with a menu created especially for the occasion by Chef Uliel of Adraba Restaurant. 

In London, we wrapped up our tour with another wonderful Terroir masterclass and dinner at KAPARA restaurant, celebrating whisky, food, and community in true M&H spirit.

It’s been an inspiring couple of weeks, with vibrant community engagement and feedback that reminded us why we make whisky in the first place. We can’t wait to keep sharing our story with you all, one dram at a time. L’Chaim!
