Jaffa was once the world’s leading exporter of oranges. Even where our distillery now stands was once a sprawling orange grove filling the ancient city air with blossom and zest.
Today Jaffa is a hub of artists, market goers, and cocktail sipping tourists sprinkled along the famous waterfront. We couldn’t help but craft a gin that reaches across time, both honouring the romantic Jaffa of old while also celebrating the new. This is a vibrant hand crafted single malt gin, rich in zesty and juicy local orange perfumed with fragrant Middle Eastern spices. It’s our drinkable love letter to the ancient city that once supplied the whole world with oranges, and today hosts our beloved distillery.

Many imagine the Middle East as one big desert, but the hills of the Levant are lush with green, and curiously studded with exotic and fragrant herbs.
It’s even common for Israeli families to keep tiny gardens of herbs in their homes just for making fresh tea. Inspired by this tradition, the Levantine gin is made from a blend of those native herbs like Za’atar and Lemon Verbena. The result is a single malt gin that captures the dynamic verdant flavours of those local herbs in a drink that’s both moreishly sweet, and invitingly herbal.

Tel Aviv is a complex city. A chorus of tradition and innovation, of luxury restaurants and lively beaches, of old and new; all mirrored in our gin.
Inspired by traditional London Dry Gin with classic flavours of citrus and juniper, the TLV Dry carries this tradition into modernity. It’s hand made from 100% malted barley spirit in small batches, prioritising a smooth and sleek character with a depth of interesting flavor. Best enjoyed anywhere from a refreshing G&T on the beach to a classy late night cocktail, we welcome you to try this small taste of our city.

We age our Levantine Gin in red wine STR casks for a few months. The oak aged Gin reveals a subtle vanilla flavor, combined with lemon and juniper.

Our Peated Levantine gin is a unique gin that is characterized by its distinct smoky flavor. This gin is made using the same botanicals as our Levantine gin and aged in ex-Islay casks from Scotland.

Inspired by the magical Tel Aviv coastline and the ancient port city of Jaffa, we created the Navy Strength Levantine Gin in appreciation of our local history. Strong presence of fresh juniper and lemon, complemented by the naturally sweet and velvety character of our single malt new make.
