PX Sherry Wine

A decadent dessert wine crafted from late-harvested Pedro Ximénez grapes, sun-dried to concentrate their natural sugars.
The result is an exceptionally rich Sherry, bursting with deep sweetness and layered notes of dates, dried fruits, and gentle spices.

This PX is the only kosher Sherry wine of its kind in the world, produced through a unique collaboration with Bodegas Del Pino in Montilla, Spain.

It is the wine used to season the casks for the Elements Sherry, awarded as the Best Single Malt Whisky in the World, 2023.
