There’s something magical about Southern Spain. The sun, The sea breeze, and the ancient tradition of Sherry that has shaped the world of spirits for centuries.
Our journey into this world began in a small town called Montilla, where we developed a truly unique project: the only kosher Sherry production on earth.

Now, for the first time, we’re opening the doors to this story and inviting you to experience it up close.

During this special evening, you’ll taste the world’s only kosher Sherry wines, paired with cask-strength whiskies aging in the very same casks.
These are the casks that season our Elements Sherry, crowned as the Best Single Malt in the World for 2023.

Throughout the experience, we’ll explore the history of Sherry wine, its influence on whisky, and enjoy six unique tastings, including expressions not available for purchase.
